Anderson Dean Community Park Building Rental

The Lion's Shelter is coming off of a fresh remodel early summer of 2024.  All new LVT flooring throughout and epoxy flooring in the bathrooms, front entry way and the utility closet, fresh paint and all the counter tops in building have been resurfaced by "Surface Keepers".  This building is available to rent 7 days a week, starting at 8am and finished by 11pm.  The building is rented at an hourly rate of $40 per hour.  Rental time will include setting up and cleaning.  There is also a $200 security deposit due at rental agreement.  This deposit will be returned after the event if all agreements were met.  To book your rental, please contact the office at 859-734-9167  Lions Shelter Pavilion.
